“Absolutely fantastic service from Ben. 100 percent would recommend. If you are looking for an honest, skilled and reasonably priced mechanic in the area look no further. I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. Having watched him work I can say with certainty that he is very knowledgeable and is keen to carry out the work to a perfect standard rather than rush and do the bare minimum. “Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”
