She gave us space to browse but was quick to help when we needed it. Her approach was perfect - asking questions to understand our needs and showing relevant items without any pressure to buy. “Exceptional budget stay for an overnight work trip. Seamless check in, and I was upgraded to a double room free of charge, which was really appreciated. The room and bathroom was very clean, as well as comfortable, with all the amenities you would need. I didn't find the surrounding area noisy, rather on par with the usual noise of London.
