    Bottega Velasca - London

“Velasca truly lives up to its philosophy of “Made with love for Made in Italy.” The craftsmanship of their shoes speaks for itself, but what really made my experience special was the service. Alessandra went above and beyond — she not only guided me through sizes and choices with patience, but also took the time to explain the proper way to maintain my leather shoes. She even shared a full shoe-care regimen and gave me the right polish to get started. Her kindness and attention to detail made the whole visit remarkable. Highly recommend their London Bottega for anyone who values timeless Italian craftsmanship and thoughtful service.”

“The BEST nail salon in London. Love all the ladies who work here, always make my nails gorgeous & do exactly what I brief in for my nails. Great prices & you can pay by card (even with an Amex) - so rare with nail salons always wanting cash! I’ll never go anywhere else again.”

“I recently visited Artisan Coffee, just a short 5-minute walk from Putney Station, and had such a lovely experience! There’s an Italian barista there who truly stands out – she is warm, hospitable, and has such a kind, welcoming presence. She makes excellent coffee with great attention to detail, and her patience and friendly attitude toward every customer really make the café feel special. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet genuinely caring. Highly recommend this spot for both the amazing coffee and the wonderful service!”

“Exemplary Customer Service Had an incredibly positive experience purchasing our engagement and wedding rings from Boodles Bond Street. Customer Service provided by Mo and Daniel was absolutely outstanding. They navigated a couple of bumps in the road with total professionalism. They both made the whole process a real pleasure and we were made to feel like valued customers. British customer service at its best. Thank you”

“Came in during a lovely and hot day for a quick light bite to eat, and I am not disappointed. Immediately welcomed into a positive atmosphere upon entering, and when ready the guy behind the counter took our order with a smile, told us to find a seat, and brought our food and drinks out to us. My partner had a Ham & Cheese Panini where I had the Cheese Salsa Melt Panini - both were fresh and piping hot. The salsa has a small kick which is lovely, and the paninis are both crispy and soft. The milkshakes and frappes are home made, super rich, smooth, and perfect to go alongside this hot day and the delicious food.”

“Amazing store! I've always been so bored of mono-colour, washed-out, pastel, bland, samey shirts that feel like you're just wearing a continuation of your school uniform. The range they have is amazing, bold designs, beautiful colours and LOTS to choose from. Prices range from about £50-£80 for a shirt from what I saw, they might have some cheaper ones but I didn't see. It sounds pretentious but it's worth just walking around the shop just for the spectacle, the designs are really artistic and unique. I only went in because I was waiting for my wife to finish an appointment, ended up buying a shirt for £80 because it was just so beautiful! (I've never spent more than £30 on a shirt before) Can't wait to wear it out. Buying new clothes just felt like a chore before, this place makes it a joy! I will not go anywhere else from now on.”
