“Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch! I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair! However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this. Many thanks again Ben.”

“I’ve stayed here many times as it’s ideal for visiting family near by. The staff are always really friendly and helpful and we always have a pleasant stay. Some of the rooms are a bit dated but the beds are always comfy and we get a good nights sleep.”

“My boy Bertie is a lockdown kitten and sadly due to the lack of socialisation with other people (other than me) when he was very young due to the restrictions in place at the time he is therefore extremely attached to me and me alone, and can be difficult to interact with. Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”

“Steve and Ben were amazing, we called them up because our boiler was playing up. We had no hot water. Came quickly gave us a fair price quote and started the work Thursday. They changed several components heat exchanger which got ruined by bad sludge water from old rads. Fitted new pump as well and a new valve. They recommended a system flush after seeing all the sludge build up ect.. and completed the job that day, they worked hard and were very knowledgeable. All problems solved and we're back in business. Would definitely recommend, use again. Thanks Steve and Ben, very happy.”

“Love this barbers. Sarah the owner is lovely! As are Sam, Goldie and Donna. It's done up really beautifully inside and kept very clean considering they cut hair all day! Been using them for years now for my son who is autistic and has adhd and they are always incredibly patient...he used to hate going to the barbers but now doesn't mind at all because the ladies here put him at ease. I don't mind going now either...it used to be an anxious experience for me. They do a brilliant job on his hair for a very reasonable price, always left happy. “We used Marion for our wedding flowers . As soon as I made initial contact with Marion she put me completely at ease . I had spoken to lots of florists at that point , some were very unapproachable , too busy and had crazy minimum budget expectations. Marion was the complete opposite. She gave me lots of advice , suggestions and ways to stretch out budget and have flower arrangements that could be used for different parts of the day. We had lots of conversations in the lead up to the day so Marion had a good idea of what we wanted and our flower preferences. On the day Marion arrived as promised and set to work making the venue look amazing . I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving her to set up. The flowers were amazing and everything looked and smelt so beautiful . We had so many compliments about the flowers on the day . Myself and my bridesmaids loved our bouquets and were exactly what we had imagined. My mum took the flowers home so she could continue enjoying them whilst we were on our honeymoon. I can’t thank Marion enough and would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone. She’s amazing x”

“I had breakfast here on a busy Saturday. I asked to sit in for a couple of hours whilst my wife, daughter and her friends shopped as a birthday treat. The manager (Nadine) found me a quiet table in the corner with a nearby power supply as I mentioned I wanted to do some work.
