“Came here recently to purchase a particular ring. The lady that served us was so lovely and helpful. I got the impression she hadn't been working there long but that didn't matter because her demeanor, customer service, open body language and enthusiasm put us at ease as soon as she began serving us. I hope she sees this and feels proud. She was the black lady with the short hair. The other ladies in the shop seemed like they didn't want to be there. I hope she gets commission on her sales.”

“I was given a phone number on the delivery note to call when I was 5 minutes away. The lad I spoke to explained it was a bit of a tricky maneuver to get into position. He stopped the traffic on the main road so I could reverse off the road then in front of the unit. A friendly bunch who stopped people parking in places which would have blocked me in whilst the container was being tipped.”

“It was third time lucky today for my daughter getting her ears pierced. She has been too anxious in the past but the two ladies in the Romford store really put her at ease today. They were patient and kind, explained what was going to happen each step of the way and even allowed my daughter to cuddle a squishmallow when they were piercing the ears.
