“We visited the Bluewater store this afternoon and were fortunate enough to be assisted by an amazing lady named Kelly. I am a member of the sausage finger club, which Kelly also stated she is. Kelly was very understanding of our needs when choosing a ring due to resizing, and effortlessly helped us in finding a beautiful ring. Kelly made what had already been a stressful experience, into a pleasant one, with me finding a suitable, beautiful ring. Thank you so much Kelly!”

The only clinic for miles around means queues should be expected...but they are opening earlier to get through the 'walk-ins' queue as best they can before the time of booked appointments. I waited 1 hour, which was less than expected following Boris' announcement!”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

“Had my eyebrows tinted and waxed by Kelly and I have never been happier with my brows. She discussed with me exactly what shape and colour I wanted for my brows and executed them perfectly. She was so kind and we had a lovely chat throughout the treatment. She ensured that my make up was picture perfect before I left as naturally with my pale skin there was some redness! I will definitely be coming back to her again to! She has provided me her contact details so in the future I can come back to her! I cannot recommend the benefit brow bar enough! Kelly was a laugh and it was lovely to have a girly chat as well as a much needed pamper! :)”
