Nadine checked how much was on my voucher and proceeded to help me look. Once I found what I wanted she let me try it on the ring and then processed to check out. She was very welcoming and very helpful and was talking to me which was nice.”

“Had a fantastic haircut by Jo a few weeks ago at Supercuts. Customer service was fantastic - walked straight in at 10am without having to wait and I was seen to straight away. The haircut I had was exactly what I wanted (I showed photos to Jo who knew exactly what to do straight away). Super clear communication throughout and I walked out extremely pleased. Awesome job, will definitely be coming back when my next haircut is due!”

I like their human approach and even though you can't pay by card, they will recommend you the nearest ATM, which is only 1,5min walk from the barber shop. As an advice, I would refresh the music playlist with some american rap not only Turkish, so non Turkish speakers can also understand something. In general, I am satisfied and I hope they will keep the same standard and even get better! Teşekkür ederim”
