Over approx 80 mins Montana took the time to talk with me about to what degree my hair would allow a copy of the photos I provided of the look I wanted, she showed me each stage of the cut through the back and top layers and sides, we discussed the texture the cut was bringing and how she would achieve this. The whole way through I felt total confidence in Montana's skill. I'm so pleased with the cut. It suits me and suits my hair perfectly. Thank you!”

Conscious, friendly and attentive staffs, neat environment and well cooked meals. Spent a little over £100 but we were full to the brim and had to ask for takeaway packs...lol. “Where do I start. Sophie is hands down one of the best beauticians I have used in the 30 years of attending a vast number of salons. She is warm, attentive, professional and really cares that as a customer, you are happy. Each customer has their own file nail, which is big deal due to hygiene. Whatever treatment I have for my nails, the colour lasts for nearly 6 weeks and that is not an exaggeration. I would highly recommend Sophie, you will not want to go anywhere else once you have visited her.”

“Visiting the pharmacy has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Not being used to how the chemist process works, I've always been looked after and walk out with my correct prescription. Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots. Thank you for looking after me”

“Honestly the most amazing service! Bought a couple of sets for my daughters birthday, one of which she had worn once and while wearing accidentally fell over and ripped open all the knee of the leggings. I emailed asking if I could purchase a pair of leggings so that I didn’t have to order the full set again, and they kindly had some spare so sent them out for free (at their own cost for postage too!) will 100% be buying from Harris kids again.. thank you so much xx”
