Janet went out of her way to make things work for me and braided my hair beautifully the following day, fitting me in between her other appointments. I always come out feeling very relaxed and positive. “I can’t recommend Sam highly enough. I’ve had my hair done by Sam twice now. Both times she has been extremely accommodating, friendly and warm. It’s refreshing to find a hairdresser that makes your hair look amazing but also really cares about the health and condition of your hair. The cut is gorgeous and the colour is amazing. I’m a polite person and would always say “thank you, I love it” but when Sam holds the mirror up for me to see my heart literally jumps with glee!! She’s so so good at what she does. “Really happy customer. Charlie was brilliant, discussing what I wanted; I'm lazy and just wash and go. She explained what the cut would look like in view of my hair type and what I would need to do to maintain it e.g. how to control fly away hair and how to style it with a brush and hairdryer. I booked an hour before by phone, so was nervous as I've never been here before but she put me at ease, as did the others on reception. A fabulous place, I will definitely be returning. Thanks Charlie, you did what I asked and more. Also thanks for the Xmas special hot chocolate! A very pleasant experience overall.”
