I only had one bad experience when the tenants who didn't pay rent for a few months and lucky I took up the advice and got an insurance that cover me for those missing months plus it cover taking the bad tenant to court . All this was sorted by Carl who attended the court on my behalf to evict the tenant . Belvoir is very good and helpful to their landlord and tenants too”

    “Phoned and managed to get an appointment on the day. When I arrived had to wait 40mins, but that was acceptable as I was happy to be seen. The Dr was 5 Star! Very helpful and thorough. I even remarked to the receptionist on way out how lovely he was. After suffering for 11 weeks the pills appear to be working, wish I would have seen him earlier. Sorry didn't get his name .....”

    “This school is brilliant for children of SEN. My son was so lucky to have such great teachers who are so caring and kind and show concern for him and his education, he has made good progress. The school is very adaptative to meet each child's needs. They work closely with families and the children achieve so much more here due to smaller classes and some 1-1 interventions. Really pleased that my son went here from mainstream. If you child has SEN do consider this school, best thing I did for mine.”

    “I was really worried about these beds after reading the reviews after I purchased however I did have a good experience. The beds came on time the day they were expected and in great condition for the price. The only issue was when I emailed the customer service I didn’t get a response only a generic message back so if I had of had issues or wanted to change the delivery then I’d of had no way of contacting them so they definitely do need to improve this.”
