Most definitely helped me to come out of my shel. It was the beginning of life changing experience. We all go through different traumas in life, many times and staying with sumeet felt like the only place where I can be myself without any judgement. "Be a terrible dancer or great dancer, with no or many medical conditions, religouse or non-religouse- sumeets dance place is most definitely a supported feel good place" I have also made some lifelong good friends form the group where we meet up outside the classes too. “Deirdre is an exceptional teacher. I have been part of the class for over 7 years now, and continue to enjoy the classes. We do a mixture of solo dancing, group and ceili dancing and even learn exhibition dances which are always great to be a part of. It is a very welcoming and friendly environment, with a mixture of beginners and advanced attending on a regular basis. Over the years we have competed in the Great Britain’s adult ceili and won on two occasions and even travelled to Milan for a Feis where we entered both solo and ceili competitions.”

Time wise it’s good value for money and the instructors are always on hand and friendly when you need any advice or assistance. Recommend.”

“I have been attending for 5 months and so look forward to my class with our teacher Bittu. He makes the class fun, breaks down the moves and really puts his heart and soul into the sessions with an added touch of humour. The classes are interactive and fun. The routines and songs are changed regularly, to challenge and keep us on our toes (literally) !! Bittu always makes time to go over the basic steps each lesson, and will throw in advanced moves to enable us to realise how much more there is to Bhangra. Look forward to the end of year performance. If you are thinking of joining, don’t think just join !!”
