“I visited Richu at Fitfixtherapy regarding some mobility issues I was having. She was super helpful and went through a thorough history to find out as to why I may have the issue. As a competitive Powerlifter, mobility is key. Once Richu got to the root of the issue, she got to work in our sessions and also gave me a home care plan to consistently work on it.
