“Almost every time I’ve been there, I have been given something for free. The other day I bought two bao buns and they gave me an extra two for free, this has happened more than once. Today I received a free packet of Ramen. There are so many more examples of this that I can’t put it into this review 20/10 recommend this place. Has a massive variety and at a reasonable price. “I am really surprised this place hasn't got a higher rating. Delicious food, good service, all well presented. A friend took me for my birthday lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had the mixed starter platter and red curry. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Nicely decorated inside, also has some outdoor seating with great river views.”

“Not had fish and chips for years. Looked up where to go as my son requested a bday treat while keeping up his lent restrictions. Our meals were all very good, especially the size and batter on the fish. Was crispy, not wet or stodgy at all. The owner Sam was very friendly, welcoming and went out of his way to accommodate us. He even threw in extra chips and a really lovely fresh salad for free. My mum was fascinated by how clean the shop was too. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others. All over great experience from start to finish!!”

The prices are very cheap for Kingston in general and the portions are very filling. Came here with the family and we all loved it.”

“Went on a Saturday 2/3pm overall waited 45 minutes but was worth it! Food was super yummy and the portions are huge (they should never changed that!!!!) I ordered a dirty boy with the rib or beef brisket (can’t remember - but it had no bone) and it was honestly so flavourful. I’m sat at home craving this again but can’t get any because I’m far! Service was amazing and I can’t wait to go again.”

Every dish tastes carefully prepared – from the crispy spring rolls to the rich, perfectly balanced sweet and sour chicken. Their portions are generous, the prices are fair, and they never miss a detail with the order. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is always quick, whether I'm collecting or getting delivery. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else now — it's become my go-to for a treat after a long week. If you’re looking for a Chinese takeaway that never disappoints, you won’t find better than here.”

“Well every now and then your find a gem and wildwood hits the bill !!! Service was very quick and attentive . I had the calamari for starters and the classic burger for mains the calamari was lightly seasoned as it should be fresh and vibrant the burger was cooked to perfection with fabulous quality beef seasoned again perfectly . Home made fries are perfectly cooked . My wife and daughter had pasta dishes and they said the flavours were so intense and aromatic .. Highly highly recommended and don't let that kitchen team leave you have keepers there !!!.”

“Wonderful Pizza's from my favourite restaurant, Tops Pizza in Kingston. The Toppings are always fresh, as is the dough. Look no further for a consistently good Pizza. The staff are always friendly .Often imitated by its rivals ( Pizza Hut, Domino's and Fireaway to name but a few) , but never equalled ! Highly recommended !”

“Brilliant restaurant that has survived here since 1982 under the same ownership. One of the oldest in the area, that says a lot. Service is good, have drinks on drafts and prices are reasonable. They accommodated us very late on Boxing Day and most importantly the food was great, at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.”
