“Lovely surprise! We have lived in the area for years and never tried the restaurant under the new management before. We liked the mussels and prawns dishes a lot. Pizza and Parmigiana were nice as a main but not as much as the starters, those were top. The chef must be really good skilled in handling fish dishes I guess, and we'll definitely be back to try more. Service was attentive and not obtrusive.”

“I worked in London for about two years and was staying near Tangawizi. I ate there a couple times a week many many times over that two year time frame. I absolutely love it there. The food is phenomenal and always has the highest quality ingredients. The service is exceptional as well. Eight years later, we returned to the UK for my 60th birthday and I wanted to visit them again due to the fond memories I had. Our dinner this evening was just as phenomenal as ever. The flavors and freshness of the ingredients was incredible. The King tandoori shrimp are a favorite of mine and I literally got another order for dessert rather than a normal dessert. They thought I was joking when I ordered it for dessert! I travel frequently for business and have had the opportunity to eat at many phenomenal restaurants and they are at the top of the list with the best! I’m so happy they made it through the pandemic and now celebrating 20 years. I would highly recommend Tangawizi!”

“We really enjoyed our visit. The place was clean and bright and the decor was very welcoming. The staff were very helpful and made recommendations as well as adjustments for us. As for the pizza, it was very good. We loved the texture. The taste and the ingredients were all very fresh. We had the Asian fusion pizza and chicken pizza alongside the cheezy garlic bread, which were all tasty. The pizza base was soft but crispy on the outside. The cheese complimented the base very well. It made a big improvement over the usual local pizza we normally get. We will definitely be visiting this venue again. They also have a delivery service.”

“Sheesh mahal We always look for a bring your own drink restaurant as they usually have the best food! This restaurant did not disappoint! We had the most amazing welcome. Were given a lovely booth for 2! We started with Poppadums and dips. Delicious! One was unique made from coconut!! With our main we chose the house special lamb chops, chicken madras, pilau rice and peshwari naan! The lamb chops were seconds to none! Unbelievable! When visiting new places we love to go to an Indian and this was in our top 10. The food was first class.”

“We went to this store this afternoon. It was manned by a lovely young woman who was lovely. We found it to be very reasonably priced. I WILL go back as I was able to get boneless meat ....and not looked at like I was crazy! Lol. The store was nice and clean, well laid out, and prices were visible! “This is such a lovely cafe inside the swimming baths. You can grab a drink from an outside area where you just ring a bell and someone very friendly will come and serve you or if you enter the leisure centre you can go inside the cafe... this also has a nice green outdoor area with family benches if you would like to enjoy some nice weather in summer. The food is really nice! They have loads of variety of food and drink. Very suitable for children, with a children menu to. There is some tv screens that usually has something playing if there is an event e.g Wimbledon. They are really nice and will put on a childs programme if you come in with young children. They have a book table with a variety of books for adults and children to read.”
