“We lucked out finding Petpals Chingford! Kerry is fantastic. We went away for two weeks, and I was pretty nervous because I hadn’t left my younger cat for that long before. She’s an anxious little rescue, but Kerry made her and my other cat Daisy feel so safe and comfortable. You could tell they were really well cared for. She kept us updated with regular messages and pictures (she’s got a great eye for those too!). She helped keep the place clean and took the rubbish out before we got back. Petpals is also super reasonable price-wise and is great value for money. I’d 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I required a dog walker twice a week and I needed one that was able to let themselves in to pick him up and drop him off again. I had a dog camera set up so I could keep an eye on him while I was at work and while we were adapting to this change, this ment I was able to see you come and go as I needed. You was always on time and respectful of my home and more importantly my boy, this led me to up his walks with you to 4 a week and I know this has had a massive impact on Kane. I see him get so excited when he hears your car pull up and he just loves walking with you and the other dogs you have.”
