From before leaving the U.K. to delivery to home in Jamaica I cannot fault them The team both in the U.K. and Jamaica were very helpful and professional, ensuring that the experience with regards clearing my goods at the wharf wasn’t an unpleasant one. Junior as usual, packed everything so well and apart from the long waiting times at the wharf (not their fault), again have no complaints. Will definitely use them again. June 2022. Again first class service from Kingsley. Junior as ever always helpful and collected my barrels which arrived in Jamaica without issues. Maybe I've been fortunate but I've never had my goods or my barrels tampered with or items taken. The seals on my barrels are always cut in front of me at the wharf and the one door to door delivery I did, again nothing missing. I will continue to use them.”

“Moving contents from flat to house. Service perfect from start to finish, Fernando was easy to deal with, gave us a fantastic price, had to deal with a date change which was handled with no fuss. The team arrived promptly with a phone call 20 mins prior, fast, efficient and took all the stress out of the process. Finally got the keys at 3pm - everything was set up exactly where we wanted, handled with care. A couple of larger items had to be disassembled and reassembled. Would 100% recommend them to friends and family.”

“I stumbled across Real transfers when me and my better half were requiring a luxury mode of transport to the dreaded London Heathrow airport. Travelling to the Bahamas for our honey moon, I wanted nothing less than the whole 9 yards for experience. I first lifted the phone to a gentlemen by the name of Ozan, he was rather professional and accommodating with a sense of personality. My wife in particular requested sparking water and a pouch of M&Ms, a must have in our book. When our Mercedes-Benz EQ450 arrived we were greeted by a friendly driver who presented us with a spacious cabin. Low and behold I was flabbergasted to find the M&Ms and sparkling water were sitting in the rear arm rest. The whole journey and process was stress free and a breath of fresh air compared to other services I’ve used. An example of a business that truly listens to its customers, Would highly recommend to anyone and will be contacting them again in future when in need of transport.”

“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”
