“I liked them, and Greek food they serve! I have been there twice, the first one we went with mezzes and the second one with main dishes. I loved each time the food I tried! I especially liked baked feta cheese pastry, which was nice with thin dough. I also liked the kofte (meatball) I tried yesterday evening. Although they serve Greek food, the staff is not Greek and there are non-Greek dishes on the menu. It’s located close to St Pancras/King’s Cross, quite central and easy to walk from the station. The staff is nice and kind, they serve really nice. In the last time, we did not have a res and just walked in; the guy was so kind in preparing a table for us right away. The food is good and nicely prepared and I would say the portions are big anough as well. It’s a good value for quality and moderate pricing. Highly recommended!”

“Naama is an absolute hidden gem! The food was incredible just like home in Lebanon. Everything tasted authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. Ordered Grilled chicken with their special toum and spicy sauce, falafel, grilled meat, fries and salad. The owner is very welcoming, generous, and truly cares about his clients. You can really feel the hospitality. I brought a friend along to discover this place, and he was more than happy with the food and the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real Lebanese flavors and warm service!”

“This is a brilliant local place. East Finchley regulars will he well aware of it but if you are new to the area and are not sure which cafe to go to/try first then this is the one. Great food. Great salad boxes, great baked goods. Coffee, smoothies juices etc are all fantastic. Update: Cheeky shout out to La Gourmandise on the High Road in East Finchley. Most people know there are a great place for good food and baked goods but we’ve had a few cakes from them too. Out son’s first birthday cake being the most recent and every time they’ve been fantastic. Really tasty, well presented and very reasonably priced. Good local business to consider!”

“A lovely little place tucked away by Surbiton station with a vast array of vegatarian options and a cosy, friendly feel. I had Foul-bil-Laban and a mint tea, both of which arrived quickly. My meal was not only delicious, super flavourful and fresh tasting, but a very generous portion! Definitely recommend, whether for a lunch or just a coffee break, as their drinks and dessert menus were also quite extensive and tasty looking.”

“What a lovely place! The Drawing Room has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is great, and they’re very kid-friendly, which makes it perfect for a relaxed family outing. One of my favourite things is their beautiful tea cups—such a charming touch that makes the whole experience feel special. The cakes are absolutely delicious, and the scones are fresh and just perfect with cream and jam. Definitely one of those hidden gems that you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommend! Rating: 5/5”

Food is also really tasty and a large menu to choose from. Lovely little family run cafe where it’s always service with a smile. :)”

“I went to this coffee shop few days ago, and ordered a cappuccino which was damn amazing. The latte art in that coffee was so good that I even took a picture of it. There was this guy named Parin who was a very good guy exceeding excellent hospitality to his customers. “Recently reopened under a new management team, Linger & Taste is a fantastic spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. We went for breakfast this morning, and were greeted by a friendly team, quick and attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is well priced, ample portions and exactly what you should expect from a casual breakfast spot. They have the traditional British breakfast combinations, as well as omelettes, smoothies, and other lighter options. Value for money is perfect. I would definitely come back and would be excited to try lunch or dinner menu options.”

“Lovely place with some of the best coffee I’ve had - intense flavour without the bitterness that a lot of the bigger coffee franchises have. Pastries+cakes looked really fresh and nice as well. Ambience is great, and the owner is highly invested and really kind to his staff. He designed everything himself, which I think is so impressive! A gem in the local area and deserves more recognition, don’t get your coffee anywhere else.”

The owner is incredibly knowledgeable on dog behaviours and is approachable should you need her time and advise. Oh and the coffee is fantastic!”
