I was originally recommended to him as I had suspected arthritis in my hip and couldn't weight bear on my left leg. I can't pretend the first couple of visits were completely comfortable due to the necessary massage of various muscles (no nasty manuipulation or cracking), but what a difference - John "cured" my arthritis (I know, you can't actually cure arthritis) and I haven't had a problem with that hip since. “I think this is the best GP practice around, the reception staff are always so helpful and supportive. You hear so many stories about receptionist at GP's being difficult but I have only ever experienced professionalism and kindness from them. You can book appointments ahead of time so none of the calling first thing in the morning to wait in a queue to be told no more appointments. I have also been fitted in as emergency on a few occasions.”
