“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I contacted them for an emergency appointment and expressed I wanted to be seen as urgently as possible. A cancellation came up and they offered it to me straight away in the morning the next day. The receptionists, the dentist and the dentist nurse were all absolutely wonderful, compassionate and caring. Unfortunately for me I had to have a root canal, but I'm so grateful that it was able to be sorted so quickly after having been in pain for several weeks. I am truly grateful, thank you all :)”

I have been seeing a Physio called Aishling Burke who I can`t rate highly enough. Pelvic floor related issues are very much a `grey` area and finding someone with such extensive knowledge has been a game changer for me personally. Aishling is incredibly passionate about her work and once under her guidance my issues began to improve. She works with you every step of the way on the road to recovery. Just Fantastic!!”

“I was seen by Alma, for a full body massage. The massage was honestly the best I ever had which also included a mini therapy session which at the time was needed. I felt great after as I had locked shoulder which is now functioning I will definitely visit again. She happy to massage in silence or have a conversation which for me was great. I initially went to Hay Farm, which was a great setting amongst nature to reset and really focus on myself with the help of the therapists, who were all incredibly supportive of my recovery. I was really concerned about how I would cope when i left, as it seemed so far from real life, but the way they prepare you is really excellent. I’ve also been back for Day Care after doing a residential stint which has been super helpful as a way of gradually easing back into life, whilst keeping my recovery front and centre. The different options they have on offer are really good as it sets you up for success. Would highly recommend if you or someone you know are really in need of more focussed help and support.”
