“We have visited Monsoon Children in Westfield Stratford many times...mostly in the weekends. It's our go to place for girls wear as we can always find what we are looking for in the size we want. Joycelyn & Tracey are very knowledgeable on stock, will always go the extra mile sometimes giving us their honest opinion but most importantly welcoming us with a greeting, a warm hug and a huge smile. My girls don't like but absolutely love seeing them because of how special they make them feel. To date, they always deliver exceptional customer service and we would never shop anywhere else. It just goes to show how much of a huge difference passionate & genuine sales people can make to any retail store. Thank you for making our shopping experience an enjoyable one;o)”

“Me and my mum who is in a mobility scooter came in to get some piercings and we had the most lovely girl named Abigail pierce us she was very professional and kept everything sanitary. She even moved stands out of the way so my mum could move around the shop properly too. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Very pleased”

    Shoe Zone

    ★★★☆☆ 3.8
    Closed

“For the price? Compared to other shoes in its target demographic? It is unbeatable. For example, £20 for a pair of work shoes. The quality depends on the type of shoe, but browse around, try them out - I was really happy with the pair I bought. The staff were kind enough and the environment, although lacklustre had a slow charm to it... like it stopped in time and we only had to enter to experience nostalgia. Although the marketing could do with some work, one of the shoe brands was called 'hobo' i think - i personally as a customer really do not want to be associated with that word. But that is me just being picky, I hope this store and company continues to exceed expectations. Also, don't expect trendy stuff here. I think the target audience are professionals, employees, people in education and people who need unbranded bland shoes (which hits that market well if i do say so myself). Trendsetters need not enter. But if it floats your boat, go ahead.”
