Tenant in 2013, while searching for a property to buy nearby, and loved the way they handled the tenancy from the beginning to the disagreement I had with the Landlord (I did have to pay a bit, but it seemed fair). The whole transaction appeared logical and professional. So, three year later, I employed Urban Lettings as my Letting agency for the property I bought, when leaving the tenancy. They brought me tenants within a week of contract signing.
