The café area was clean, calm, and well organised. What really stood out was the customer service — friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention to Michelle and Iwone, who were both welcoming, helpful, and made the visit feel genuinely enjoyable. Great value for money and a nice atmosphere. “Heston North Hyde Lane Express Tesco!! I love do shopping in this store, just because of the staff members. Always happy, helpful and ready to work. I can see every day they are working very hard to fill in all the shelves, store is always clean. All the staff members who works there over year are amazing!!! Rest of the tesco members should take opportunity and learn how to treat a customer like they do in Heston North Hyde Lane Express. And I don’t talk just about my self, I see how they are helpful to another customers. Definitely they deserve big bravos, specially this time when people just don’t care about anothers.”

“AMAZING SERVICE - WENT OVER AND ABOVE!! I had an emergency yesterday and desperately needed to get insulin for my mum. Tesco was the only pharmacy that had it, there were complications with the 111 prescription that had been put through.
