The RAC would come out and manage to jump start my car to get it back working however never diagnosed the problem. after 2 weeks I got fed up with my car just cutting out when it wanted to so I took it to Rui who managed to get my car in the next day to take a look. “Great service today! I needed an urgent tyre replacement, as one of my run-flat tyres was badly punctured and was leaking air constantly. So I came in the morning, and they ordered the required tyres straight away. They got delivered in a couple of hours, and I had new ones on and could drive off an hour after that! I had my doubts initially but all the 5 star reviews gave me some confidence and I decided it was worth taking a chance. “I go to General Auto’s regularly for my MOTs and servicing and they always deliver to an excellent standard. Recently went to have my clutch replaced in my car and the turnaround and advice they gave me was second to none. Also recently had my light bulbs in my car replaced and they were able to fix it and point out that the holder was snapped off which is why the light couldn’t be secured properly into place and offered me a solution (something all other mechanics and Halfords I’ve went to have missed!)”
