“I went to see Alexandra today to have a reflexology massage, my eyebrows plucked then had a microdermabrasion facial combined with pressotherapy. It was such a lovely experience to be pampered in this way and just be able to switch off from the chaotic everyday world. It was a very warm, cosy experience - Alexandra really made sure I was well taken care of in every way. Her attention to detail with each of the treatments was amazing. “Check-in was quick and easy, but the real highlight for us was the pub. Kajal looked after us and she was honestly brilliant! Really friendly, easy to chat to, and just made us feel comfortable straight away. She kept checking in on us at the right times, made some great suggestions, and you could tell she genuinely cared that we were having a good time. It gave the whole evening such a nice vibe. “I attended the Les Mills Launch last weekend. The energy and enthusiasm of the instructors Tara, Lidiya, Dan and the rest of the crew was amazing. so lucky to have such fantastic instructors and I look forward to continuing on my fitness path with them and trying out some of the new classes. The club has undergone a refurbishment recently and new equipment is being added. Great gym, terrific instructors and really helpful gym and reception staff”

They were struggling themselves with people absent from COVID however working late into the night I was receiving emails with updates and apologies.
