Outside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to. Inside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly. Parking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby. I don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.”
