“Just ordered 2 margherita pizzas and tiramisu for 2, the pizza was very nice however they’ve put both tiramisu’s in 1 container on top of each other, the bottom one is so obvious that was ruined way before the trip its all mushy and you cant even see the shape of it, this isnt the level of service I would expect as these are not free and not cheap, would never buy online from here ever again. UPDATE:28.09.25- I was contacted by the manager from the enfield branch who was very apologetic and offered a £20 voucher to dine in any of the prezzo restaurants, thank you for contacting me and looking into this!”

The food was amazing - especially the chicken liver and the lamb shish, both cooked perfectly and full of flavour. But what truly made the experience special was Okàn. His service was impeccable - funny, engaging, and full of positive energy. He made us feel so welcome, kept great conversation going, and made sure everything was perfect. We were even treated to complementary bread and an extra dish, which was such a thoughtful touch. Okàn really turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. The spread was generous and beautifully presented from freshly baked simit and warm bread to rich cheeses, olives, honey with clotted cream, and a perfectly brewed Turkish tea. Every bite was full of authentic flavors that transported me straight to Turkey. The menemen (scrambled eggs with tomato and pepper) was especially delicious and creamy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The staff (Hatice) was very welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The cozy atmosphere and vibrant dishes made for a relaxing and satisfying morning. If you love hearty, flavorful breakfasts, I can’t recommend Aksular enough!”
