“@Bain Capital @Allan Leighton @Lawrence Harvey please look at this review about the Chertsey branch and the staff: From stepping into the Chertsey Pizza Express for my daughters 5th birthday on Tuesday, we we welcomed with big smiles from the very friendly staff. My family and I were amazed with a wonderful waiter (Jordie) he truly made the whole experience amazing, not only was he very patient with our change in orders , he was friendly , smiley and understood the situation with us having 4 young kids and made it extremely easy by being his great self. Usually a night out at a restaurant can be a bit of a chore, however, due to the wonderful staff at this branch/restaurant, my wife and i were actually able to relax and enjoy our very well presented meal. To top it all off, the Chocolate Sundae which my daughter still talks about really made her night. I want to say a special thanks to Jordie and the staff at Chertsey Pizza Express. Thank you all for the wonderful night , Jordie you are a true asset to the company, I hope your manager will flag this to the chairman and recognise how skilled you truly are . “Absolutely amazing, the hotel is in a quaint location, the room was big enough to move around in so wasn't like a hamster den. The bed was very comfy and the whole place really nicely represented. Breakfast in the morning was lush, again fantastic presentation. Really loved this little place.”

“We spent our recent wedding anniversary at the Golden Grove and really enjoyed our meal and evening. I totally recommend The Bandit Pizza - amazing light, fluffy, tasty pizza dough (as per the garlic bread) with oozing caramel onion, jalepeneo, pork and beef topping - fantastic! Staff were the best bar staff I have ever met! Live music too and the outside area is perfect! Brilliant pub and restaurant! Treats fot the dog. We'll be back soon. “Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay. I’m so grateful to have found a boarding place that prioritises quality and truly cares for the dogs entrusted to them. I’m already looking forward to booking again for next year! “Some of the best Indian food I have eaten! I had the Chicken Vindaloo and asked them to make it spicy, they did a good job, could have been spicier, but I get they have no clue how spicy to make it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. If I have a chance to come back to Woking, we will definitely eat here again!”

“Came here even with seeing the reviews as it is the only place to eat if your staying in the cabins. I got chicken tenders and some mozzarella sticks, and they were absolutely delicious. Rest of the family enjoyed the food and left stuffed. The entertainment could have been on for longer since it had ended at 7:00, the bits we had done were quite good, a kahoot and higher or lower. If you win the kahoot they give you a fast pass as a prize what I thought was awesome. Staff were lovely and were wonderful with questions. Overall lovely little food place.”
