He was really friendly and patient, and took his time to make sure I was happy with the service. They fitted me in really quickly, flagged some other issues with the car that I hadn't spotted and gave me a really competitive quote on getting everything done, and took the time to touch up a few extra spots free of charge. The work Mark and the team do is fantastic - they turned it around two days quicker than originally quoted, and the car came out looking brand new, so much so the lease inspector said it looked like it had barely left the showroom. “I had reason to use this garage for a third time when my car lost power unexpectedly (It had previously had a repair and an MOT). Once again they did not disappoint. Within half an hour of my call, someone had come and collected my car. Although in the end the fault disappeared spontaneously, the garage suggested they keep the car overnight to make sure everything was OK. Everybody I dealt with was polite and helpful.
