When I collected the car the adapter for the dog lead was stuck, it has a number of attachments and the wrong one had been used, they refused to accept responsibility and we left. We went straight to CMW to desperately ask for some help, my wife was ferrying around our daughter and her brides maids the following day looking for a wedding dress and needed all the seats.
