“Great place for kids and serious nature lovers. Our 5 and 7 year olds had a great time and sustained interest from 10.30-3.30 with huge range of activities. Video game incorporating kids sketches a particular favourite. Catering good but slow”
“I upgraded to an annual membership as you cannot do the zoo justice in just one visit. Well maintained enclosures with happy looking animals. Information and knowledgeable staff on hand everywhere and very pleased to interact with visitors. Breeding programs in evidence for the rare creatures too. Very educational for youngsters, although in all honesty I go during the week when less children are about. Favourite enclosures, Butterflies, Reptiles, tropical birds and rainforest. (Some of which are open enclosures so you are up close and personal with the animals) Restaurant available on site although I didn't love it. Gift shop good for a souvenir or two.”
“We recently approached Kate put together an itinerary for a. West Coasts of America Road trip. Kate initially provided us with some potential options and allowed us to critique and interchange. Once we were able to choose a specific holiday of the selection Kate then Tailored the break further ensuring that we had the best hotels and connections in the areas we wished to travel. The process was smooth and the app very informative. Can’t wait to get away. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Kate Matthews To prepare anyone’s holiday itinerary.”

The service we received was excellent throughout—friendly, professional and always helpful. Every detail was taken care of, which made it so easy to just relax and enjoy ourselves. “I've been an RHS member for ten years, but this was my first time visiting Glow. What a treat—why did I wait so long?! The gardens at RHS Wisley are always lovely, but Glow adds a whole new dimension to them. Definitely rug up, because it gets cold at night! We finished the evening with some delicious jacket potatoes after our walk.”
“Such a nice community building with great team members who are passionate about helping people”
“I bought a baby teddy syrian boy on Friday, and he is lovely. Exploring his cage tonight, and coming to the bars when we gently call him.”
“This is a wonderful project and shop. Affordable, high quality toys and books. Some of my sons favourite books came from here! Excited to pay it forward and bring whatever toys and books are in good condition when he outgrows them. Well worth a stop! The assistants were also very kind once when I was in with my baby and it started pouring rain. My son started crying from hunger and they let me sit down and feed him until the rain was light enough to leave. Just a kind thing that helped me out that day :)”
“Attended a party here. Nicely placed for children’s party. A bit hard to find entrance to location.”

“Another great day out, there was plenty to see and do. All the animals looked well cared for and fed. It was amazing how close you felt you were to some of animals. Including the lions and the sun bear. The glass so clean it was like it wasn't there. The shops were responsibly priced and depending on your budget they had plenty to choose from. The food was nice and was a generous portion. Overall we had an amazing day would I would happily return.”

“You couldn't ask for better people to welcome you to London. Rachel, Ellen, Shelby and Celeste have been extremely helpful during my entire stay in the UK. They go above and beyond, and are the perfect face of Contiki. Thank you ladies.”
“Lovely community hub where the range and variety of activities serve the local community and include a playgroup and activities for the diverse community it serves. You can tell that the people who run it really care about what they do. A real gem. Can also be hired out.”
“Great Staff, Really Friendly. Clean and tidy”
“Beautiful space for dance lessons, particularly for children, very close to Roman road and Victoria Park. Only problem is a 3rd floor and there is no lift, so people with mobility problems will have a hard time. You can rent it for rehearsals, birthday parties and more.”
“First time visiting, absolutely loved it, an amazing day. The enclosures were lovely and spacious, all areas lovely and clean, staff we spoke to were so helpful. We had afternoon tea at view point, which was lovely and the staff really friendly. The day was just brilliant, would highly recommend a visit.”
“Recently visited a lovely city farm located in Islington, about 10 mins walk from the Underground station. It’s not very large, but it houses a variety of animals, including pigs, rabbits, and sheep. The farm is well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. It’s a great place for both adults and children to enjoy.”
“Lovely, well maintained little rescue for local animals. You can have a drink and a snack in the entrance and then visit the animals. Great activity for small children and adults spending time together. You can also combine the visit to the rescue with a hike in Trent Park. The entrance fee goes to the rescue charity.”
