At every stage I have felt supported, from the wonderful care provided in the Baby Room to the skilled guidance of the Montessori staff. Both children have blossomed in this safe and loving setting. Particularly unique is the extracurricular provision, which includes swimming lessons in the local pool from the age of 3.”

“Monira is an outstanding (and award winning!) childminder and we feel very lucky to have been able to have our son attend her setting from 9 months - and soon his sibling will also be attending. The setting provides safe and professional care, and a loving family atmosphere in which all the current kids are thriving. Monira is a child whisperer, adored by all the kids and always thinking of interesting new activities for them and how best to help the older kids learn new skills. Recommended without hesitation.”

“I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

I’m delighted every time I come out of his practice and that’s saying something considering I dread going to the dentist!!”

“Attending baby sensory with my second child as well now and there really is no place like it! So many of my non mum or mum to be friends question is it really worth it seems expensive can’t you just do that yourself etc but I promise it’s worth every single penny so much fun for the babies and parents. The equipment is fantastic and the ideas/set ups each week are brilliant! I recommend to everyone ALWAYS!”

“This is a wonderful project and shop. Affordable, high quality toys and books. Some of my sons favourite books came from here! Excited to pay it forward and bring whatever toys and books are in good condition when he outgrows them. Well worth a stop! The assistants were also very kind once when I was in with my baby and it started pouring rain. My son started crying from hunger and they let me sit down and feed him until the rain was light enough to leave. Just a kind thing that helped me out that day :)”

“My son has been attending MonkeyPuzzle since he was 1 year old and since the first day every single person who works / worked at the nursery has been absolutely fantastic. Being a mother of a trilingual child, I find it important that he is encouraged to speak his secondary languages. Many teachers speak multiple languages and they have always been doing their best to support us in our attempts to improve my son's language skills. There is something amazing I could say about each and every member of the team but my son's love for all of the staff is the best feedback. The fact that he is always excited to go to nursery speaks louder than any words. Despite being rated "good" by ofsted, the truth is that this nursery is OUTSTANDING. I'm grateful to the MonkeyPuzzle team for taking such great care of my son and for all their hard work to make the nursery such a wonderful family-like place. From social development to academic development, my daughter has made excellent progress in her learning and social skills . Their attention to detail is next to none and they really do keep track of all activities/events each day to report to you on email and collection of your child. The freshly made nutritious meals are just another bonus. The staff are warm, friendly and approachable and my daughter is happy to see them when I drop her off and I know that she’s had a good day when I collect her as she chats about what she’s been up to. She has thrived since starting Tinkys and made special bonds with her peers and care givers . I feel confident leaving her with the lovely team knowing that she’ll have a great day and will be well cared for and treated as an individual.”

“This place is absolutely wonderful. The support you get from each team member and the health visitors is really good. Lots of fun activities during the week suitable for all ages up to 4. (See the booklets or go on the Beckton and royal docks children centre website to see which activity suits your child) your child will develop and as a parent you will learn new ways to interact with your child. Of course the place is also free so you won’t need to worry about prices. One huge advantage is talking to other parents/guardians making new friends (even if your shy like me) and share your child’s growing up experiences with others. Try it out deserves more than 5 stars in my eyes”

“Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”
