“Due to a set of unfortunate circumstances, I had a mouth full of rotten hooves for teeth. I was too embarrassed to leave my house. I must have called every dentist south of Watford but stopped when I got to GM Dental in Barnet. I called and spoke to Shiva who finally got me to stop crying...she's very soothing. And she'll hum you into a state of serenity. As for Sophie in reception, she is Wonder Woman, super efficient and helpful beyond words. Then there's Nika, without hesitation the best dentist I've ever had and I've had loads. So gentle and reassuring, she is unbelievably good at her job..the encouragement is unmatched. But most importantly these ladies are lovely humans who will take care of you when you're maybe not smiling as often as you should. If you unsure or feel insecure, go and see these ladies. “I went to see Debra 3 weeks ago, suffering from an acute pain in my lower calf, and a very sore knee. Walking and stairs were extremely difficult, and I needed to use a walking stick. Debra suggested 3 sessions in 1 week using a variety of techniques, to help these two problems. The calf pain healed quickly however the knee was more problematic. After the second week I felt things had got worse. Debra had explained in the beginning that this could occur. I am now 3 weeks after treatment, the calf is completely back to normal. The knee is 95% better, walking is normal, and the stairs are improving daily. I am very pleased with the results as I am now able to go on my holiday next week, lots of walking involved. Thank you Debra for your professional approach and the brilliant results.”

He takes the time to explain and demonstrate all steps and the routine in detail and there is always a sense of achievement when learning a new skill in such a super environment. Neil's classes are also always great fun - he has a particular style and sense of humour, varied and well structured. We have also tried private lessons which are of great value. “Sadly my poor Dachshund Otis had to have surgery for IVDD. We are so fortunate to live so close to The Pet and Health Therapy in Welling, a ten minute ride away. Geoff has been looking after Otis since he as able to retrieve treatment, Physio and Laser at home, and now just started Hydrotherapy at the centre. Geoff is so knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with complex animal injuries, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see my Otis improving over time. Keep up the great work guys.”

“Have you ever had that one person who's 9/10 been right about near enough everything BUT you never really ask or goto them for advice.... This is that person! Honest and genuine staff, aftermarket goods are alot more genuine than eBay, and the prices are totally acceptable to the quality AND services within the store. A must try BUT the parking is a bit tricky unless you Google maps first :)”
