“We spent a Friday evening here starting with axe throwing before going onto pool and then shuffle board. All of the staff were really friendly but one person in particular stood out - James. He is exceptional and helped ensure we had a really good time. He brings a lot of energy to the role and nothing was too much trouble. I think James in particular deserves some company recognition as he's an asset to the team. Great night and I highly recommend.”

“Like always, we visited our regular dental clinic and met our new dentist, Dr. Ria Patel. She also looked after my daughter Neeti. Though newly qualified, we were extremely impressed with her professionalism and gentle care. She examined our teeth thoroughly and gave a very good cleaning. “Been a Gym member here for years. It's very small, but perfect if you want to use good equipment mostly on your own. The staff are all very friendly and on hand if needed. Added Bonus is the Barn for lovely coffee and the girls are great.”

“We hired this hall for the Mendhi as part of my daughter's pre-wedding celebration. The hall accommodated all the people invited and can cater for 170-180 people. The charges are extremely reasonable and communication with the team at the centre is exceptional. In particular Johanna and Paul were very accommodating. I cannot thank them enough.”

“A lovely person called Hope couldn’t have been more helpful, she knew everything about the buggy’s I was enquiring about, every feature and button, comparing old and new models, all the safety ratings and features, blown away by how helpful she was!!”

“GMC is a fantastic GP surgery. All of the GP’s are very knowledgeable and kind and are able to provide guidance tailored to your needs and very efficient. I always feel comfortable with what I need to do and reassured when necessary also. The reception team are brilliant and always willing to help where possible and Kate especially has become a lovely familiar face over the years. I cannot recommend the GP surgery enough and am so appreciative of their support since I registered a few years ago. An example of what a local GP surgery should be. Well done team!”

“Ordered from here for a party and the pizzas were really delicious and great quality. They were ready for collection when I asked and were piping hot. My guests enjoyed the pizzas and asked where they were from as they tasted really yummy. Will order again to try out more of the menu in the future.”

“I have no words to express how grateful I am for the baby basket that was gifted. I couldn't come to pick it up at the Watford branch so it was taken to a the branch in my town, Hemel. The basket contains clothes, cosmetics and toiletries. Thank you very much, I think angels really work there”

“I attended a breastfeeding support group today and I found the staff at reception to be so welcoming and helpful and friendly, we also attended a play session afterwards for toddlers and the staff were amazingly warm and supportive and inclusive. I think it is one of the best experiences I've had as a mother in a children's centre. It was so so nice and I can't thank them enough!”

I have had bad experiences in the past but she took time to listen and understand what I wanted, she took her time and I was so happy with the end result. “Recently stayed here for trip to Harry Potter world. Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to for a home away from home stay. Parking was excellent. Close to train station just a couple of mins drive. We had a day in London and it is only 1 stop on the fast train. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I found Tania through Google reviews, and after initially reaching out to a few people, I felt Tania would be the best fit for me. It was like I could feel her warmth before we even met in person. At the time I was struggling with several challenges including grief, anger, low self-confidence and imposter syndrome. These things can happen to everyone, and it felt like they were happening to me all at once. Tania can offer many different routes to bring equilibrium back into your life. Over our sessions, we tried a few methods and I got different results every time, but underlying it all I was nudging towards a better future for myself. My goal was quite simple; to take my dog for a walk and really enjoy it. I wanted to walk around with my head held high, engaging with the world and feeling lighter. Sounds simple, but it felt quite out of reach. Getting to that point has certainly been a journey, but through Tania's help, I've been able to achieve what I set out to do. I'd thoroughly recommend Tania, whatever you are going through. Her empathy, pragmatic, down-to-earth approach and positive nature are all qualities I highly value. Plus she gives the best hugs!”

“We went to see a Skoda Kodiaq, and Ricardo, an excellent salesperson, attended to us. He explained the car perfectly, let us test drive it for a long time, and didn't skimp on spending time with us. It's really nice to be treated like that in the sales department. At least the sales department, outstanding.”
