The clinic was recommended to me by a friend after I was struggling to find a decent clinic that would provide a professional service and not overcharge. Skin rich provides a course of treatment based on individual needs with follow up & also advise on skin care and facial products according to your skin type. “I went to the well being clinic to help with sciatica and also persistent cold sore attacks. So far after just a few treatments my sciatica has improved and I have had no cold sores. Dr Chen is happy to explain what he’s doing and why and although it can be slightly uncomfortable as the acupuncture needles are being inserted, once in, the treatment is painless and relaxing. The option of buying the medicine is given at the end of the treatment but it is not a hard sell so I felt under no pressure to buy them. All in all I feel happy with my experience so far and intend to continue.”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. I received 1,705 grafts. This included a combination of multi hair grafts and a large number of singular grafts for the front of my hairline. Some of these single grafts were carefully split from two, three and four hair grafts extracted by one of the technicians, which shows the level of detail and effort that went into creating a soft and natural looking hairline. Team and Aftercare Every nurse and technician I interacted with was warm, skilled, and genuinely invested in my comfort. The aftercare instructions were clear, simple, and easy to follow. “An unhurried, professional and considerate approach by Hassan, the pharmacist, made my visit for a flu and Covid vaccine pleasant. He explained how to minimise a stiff arm (relaxed muscles) and reassured me that there was less likelihood of a strong reaction to the vaccines as the Covid one had become more advanced and was not a live vaccine. It was the Pfizer Covid vaccine. The free parking rounded off this altogether relatively enjoyable experience (for a double vaccine!).”

“Lovely pool, it is split into a main pool and learner pool so that’s nice for swimmers. Lane and general swim available. My daughter has swimming lessons here and the standard of teaching is high. The kids are pushed enough to be competitive but not so much that it’s negative competition. There are windows down two sides of the pool so when the sun is low you get beautiful dappled light in the water which feels lovely to swim in. One of the most unpretentious swimming pools around! Check it out next time you want a swim!”
