As an endurance athlete I often suffer from injuries in various places, including dislocated SI joint, hip problems and a dislocated ribs in a thoracic spine... Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of them, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude and a very pleasant atmosphere. “I have only visited this clinic twice to see a physiotherapist, and on two separate occasions for different reasons. I was extremely impressed on both occasions. On my first visit I was experiencing severe pains down my right leg and wondered what could be done. The physio massaged my lower spine for about 2 minutes, and amazingly, the pain went away and has not rerurned. My second visit, 12 months later, was to ask for advice about going to the gym. I was worried that if I resumed my twice-weekly trips to the gym, my leg pains would return after being pain-free for a year. This time aI saw a different physio who showed me some very helpful exercises. On both occasions the male physiotherapists were very extremely personable and clearly knew their stuff. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.”

“I have tried several treatments at Wellness Therapy Centre: Acupuncture with Sarah Joseph - this was my first time trying acupuncture; it was an amazing experience and I loved it. I've heard the term 'holistic treatment' before and after my session with Sarah I think I I finally understand what it means. The pre-treatment session was really thorough and I felt like I got a therapy session for free! The acupuncture itself was fantastic. It was very calming and relaxing and after my session I felt lighter like a weight had been lifted. Chiropody with Michaela - my feet had a lot of hard skin and I had pretty much given up on them ever looking nice. She did such a fantastic job of removing the hard skin and pampering my feet that after the treatment my socks felt softer! She also gave me good tips on how to take care of them and now several months later my feet still feel better than they did before the treatment. Reflexology with Gillian - I really enjoyed this treatment too. it was amazing how much Gillian picked up about the rest of my body from working on my feet. I'd swear I could feel toxins leave my body afterwards. I find all the staff at this centre to be really friendly, professional and helpful and I look forward to booking more sessions in the future.”

“Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.”
