From the very first phone call, the receptionist was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful in finding me an appointment quickly. Within 3 days, I had an appointment with whoever was available, and this was when I met the lovely Adam and started my healing journey. The patience and care of my treatment over the following months was second to none. The rollercoaster of a partially torn rotator cuff meant a lot of ups and downs and slow, steady recovery, which Adam guided me through with expertise and reassurance. Every visit was made easier by the friendly and welcoming reception team, who always greeted me with a smile and made scheduling and any queries completely stress-free. I cannot recommend Ruislip Physiotherapy Team enough — from the first point of contact to the ongoing treatment, the whole experience was outstanding.”

“I am a senior citizen and I want to show my gratitude by thanking the cab driver who brought me from Nortth London to Gatwick Airport early Wednesday morning 10/12/25. Driver was on time, polite and very professional. His driving was excellent - did not speed. At the Airport, he went beyond the call of duty by helping me to look for (which took some time as there were no trollies close by - very unusual for a major Airport) bring, and helped me to load my luggage on the trolley. I was really pleasantly surprised and grateful for his service. Not many cab/uber drivers do that these days.”
