“Lenny is an absolute legend at sports massages. I had heard of sports massages but I’ve never really understood the need but now I fully understand how incredible they are for any injuries or pain you may be suffering. But I badly injured my neck and was struggling with pain and moving my head to the right. after just one hour session with Lenny I noticed a huge improvement with mobility and pain relief almost instantly It was still not 100% but after 48 hours doing some gentle excercise Lenny advised to do I am back to being 100% with my neck and completely out of pain. He was friendly, gentle with my boy, and highly informative in giving exercises to help my little one relieve discomfort after feeding. He took his time to explain everything to us and examine him which I was very grateful for. Lovely front of house staff too, would recommend to any parents who may be having issues a paediatric osteopath could help with.”

“Golds gym is a great all rounder gym with great changing rooms which house a woman’s only jacuzzi, steam and sauna. The swimming pool is great and also has another jacuzzi. The gym has two floors of equipment, with an extensive weight selection. The classes are very popular so book early to avoid dis-appointment. The cleaners work really hard in keeping the gym lovely and clean and the staff are all very helpful and welcoming.”

“I cannot express my gratitude to Will and his team at the Caring Physio. My 93 year old father has had several episodes of sepsis due to acute kidney injury and on 3 occasions now has completely lost mobility after being hospitalised for a number of weeks. On each occasion the Caring Physio team have built his confidence and strength to make him fully mobile again. The most recent occasion dad was hospitalised and immobile for 6 weeks and extremely unwell. Totally unable to even stand on discharge within 3 visits he was walking again. “I don’t know why this GP has not got 5 * reviews, probably because of they couldn’t help much because of pandemic or patients has misjudged them. I just joined this GP a year ago as I moved in Uxbridge. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Over the time me and my wife spoke with receptionist and GP so many times regarding us and our little 6 months old son. The service we have received so far is beyond our expectations. They always ready to help as much as they can from their side. Very happy with all staffs, services and care. I saw Dr Shaikh last time and spoke with Dr Garsin last. And of course Dr Sharma is very very good. And want to say Thank You to all the team.”

As my local surgery, I find that I'm actually able to see them face to face within 10 days of making an appointment. There can be a wait to see staff, even when you arrive on time. However, this no different from elsewhere. The reception staff are pleasant and efficient.”
