“This is the 3rd time we have used the purrrfect cattery , Hayley is fantastic and provides a clean safe environment for my two cats. The rooms are bright airy and clean with plenty platform's for the cats to sit on, there's also little hiding sections on top shelves for more nervous cats to hide in which one of my cats used regularly to stay calm and settled. While we were away Hayley also send plenty of photo and video updates which really helps as your missing them while away. The cats are also played with to keep up the exercise! We shall be using Hayley again next year! :)”

“Our kitten Louie has stayed here twice now with a third time booked in. The owner Heidi is so lovely, kind and incredibly accommodating and takes such good care of all the animals! The pens are very spacious and have lots of toys to keep them entertained. We know he’s in safe hands and honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!”

“Highly recommend these kennels. I have an elderly pug and a young boxer who both enjoy their stay here. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”

“I couldn't fault the service I received from Petstay at all. Jason was so friendly and found me the perfect pet sitter for my dog Pixie. I was initially extremely nervous as the only sitter available for my dates away was a lady with 2 dogs of her own. My dog is an only dog and is unashamedly a bit of a 'princess', so I wasn't sure how she'd cope. I have left her in kennels previously, and she didn't settle at all and lost a lot of weight, so I was uncomfortable leaving her again for 2 weeks, whilst we were away in America. I met with Dianne and her 2 dogs, when Pixie and I went for an initial home visit. Dianne is such a natural 'dog' person and is clearly very experienced at owning dogs and she made me feel so at ease and asked all the right questions about Pixie and wanted to find out as much as she could about her, to make her stay go well. We even agreed to go on a couple of walks together before Pixies stay, so I could see where Pixie would be walked and so the dogs could get use to each other beforehand. I was really nervous about leaving Pixie and thought it would spoil my holiday, to constantly be worrying about her but Dianne and I had agreed that we would keep in touch throughout the holiday with little updates and photos now and again, this meant I could really enjoy my holiday and Pixie could enjoy her time away too. After picking Pixie up she has settled back into life at home again and I would have absolutely no hesitation using Dianne again and would recommend using Petstay to anyone (and have already recommended them to my veterinary practice).”

“So pleased with our puppy’s first groom. She is a yorkiepoo and her face fur around her nose was getting long! I tried several times to attempt to trim it but she was having none of it! I messaged Georgia to enquire and received lots of information of what her grooms involve….so we booked her in! Georgia said Willow was a very good girl and she came home looking and smelling beautiful- puppy trimmed all over (inc face!), ears cleaned which was also tricky for us to clean as she had stains following an infection and again, wouldn’t let us near her ears to clean them and much more. “I booked a meerkat and birds of pray experience for my partners 40th birthday and I must say Nanette and her husband went above and beyond and made the day so special I honestly cannot thank them both enough! Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a personalised happy birthday message on the black board, this little touch really made the day feel special and was a great start to a fantastic day. Nanette is very knowledge, so learning about these magnificent animals was excellent. We felt very safe and relaxed and had a wonderful hands on time with both the meerkats and the birds of pray.
