Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. Oven arrived today,the gas fitter Gary was brilliant, taking his time to explain everything clearly to me. She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. “Absolutely great service from start to end. Fantastic design and then redesign from Madeline due our changing requirements. The installation was slick and workmanship excellent. Matt, Nick and team were excellent, professional and courteous throughout. The design has worked really well including the dimensions and layout. As part of the work the hob mantle was tweaked and improved from design to installation by the fitter and were thrilled with the end result. They went the extra mile and we have a great kitchen now.”
