“Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”

“Popped in the first time last week, then again this week. Their food especially chips (not fries) are massive and crispy and lovely MUCH better than chip shop ones.. imagine chip shop sized but French crisp fried! All food is clean and hot! (not greasy) properly cooked and delicious. And a breakfast for 5.50 is amazing! My new hangout!”

Very generous portion sizes which are a bonus when the quality of the food is this good. “Had the King Kebab. Wonderful. Could easily feed 4 or 5. Everything was so fresh and tasty and it even had Onion Bhajis and roasted peppers on a bed of chips and naan bread. Their own chilli sauce had a real kick and it came with a separate salad, and sauces. Delivery was quick and guy was very pleasant. Recommend for a great treat.”
