“100% trustworthy auto repair service. These people were outstanding with my latest issue. My car went into limp mode on the M61 due to an air leak. I was recovered by the RAC and this garage accepted me to be recovered to. They did everything they could to ensure my car was fully operational even in the holiday period when they were extremely busy. Their level of knowledge and expertise is second to none and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. I can’t thank them enough for their service. “Called MDR earlier today as the lever to open my bonnet wasn’t working. I needed it sorting as travelling a distance next day and wanted to check oil and water. Was asked to take car down a couple of hours later for them to have a look at it. I did this and they sorted it within couple of minutes, also checked my oil and water levels and didn’t charge me anything. Great service and refreshing to see we still have good people out there. “I had an issue with my work van where the check engine light kept flashing up and I urgently needed to use my van last week. I phoned Parkway and explained the situation, spoke to a lady called Sophia. She said they were really busy but if I could bring it in at that moment, she would see what she could sort. Long story short, it was an incredibly easy fix and I was out of there after an hour. They wouldn’t accept any money because they just needed to tighten something under the bonnet, but I was more than happy to pay because they had been so accommodating. I’m also convinced that if I had gone to another garage, they would’ve seen a damsel in distress and most likely made out I needed hundreds of pounds of work doing to it! A thoroughly genuine and honest garage, thank you so much for saving my week!”
