“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to.
