I did not attend but Google assumed that I had and listed my review for the Gait inn at Millington I'm error. So this is to correct it. No fault of the Gate which I will attend next time I am in their location. I'm sure it's fine but I only post about my experience not Google errors.”

“What a great evening! Second time our band (The Shivers) have played their. A huge crowd turned out to see us and we all had a fantastic time. Lovely people, fantastic staff can't wait to be back in November!”

“What a welcoming pub. A group of us visited after the Oldham vs Woking game on Tuesday night. We were away fans, but made to feel at home straight away! Christine & Jess looked after us so well and we were even bought a round of drinks from one of the locals. We will definitely recommend The Rifle Range and be sure to visit for longer next time. “We had a fantastic time at bottomless brunch! The drink and food selection was excellent — plenty of delicious options to choose from. The setting itself is lovely, relaxed, and perfect for a weekend treat. Our server, Jasmine, was absolutely brilliant — so attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well looked after from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Highly recommended!”

“Absolutely top place. Owners are amazing as are all the staff. They have amazing nights especially a Friday. Top door men pretty much a top time if you go. People are lovely, no trouble. Deffo recommend and the prices are amazing”

“Out and about in Manchester with Albrecht. Have not been in this non real ale pub in many years but fancied a pint of Guinness. A very good choice. Albrecht had a pint of Estrella. £12.20 for the two pints. A one room pub taken back to the bare brick. A small rear outdoor area. Impressive spirit collection. Very friendly staff. The toucan murals take me back 60 years; we had metal trays with the Guinness toucans when I was a lad. ( sister still has them!) They do have live music. Pipped music was pretty damn good.”

“Such a grand place! Just the other day I went in to B&M only just to buy one item and ended up with a trolley loads goodies, The staff are great and helpful!! Oh! Girls watch out I’m coming in this Sunday with the missus!! So trust me we’ll be coming out with a trolley load of assorts of goodies!! They actually do everything!! I Love this place!!”

“Had a lunch out with oir eldely parents this lunchtime, we travelled over from Huddersfield. The service and food was very nice and the my partner highly recommends the Lees bitter. Not been here for quite a fee years. The new management has greatly improved. Will defo go back. (Didnt take photos of food)”

“Met some friends for a few beers before going to a restaurant for a meal and went back to Angel after and they had Kareoke on, it was very busy and the atmosphere was very good, nice to see a pub doing well.”

“Great local pub with friendly staff and good prices on beer. Just beware of ordering spirits as they can end up being very expensive for a double. Sunday dinner is really cheap and cheerful at less than 7 quid for a HUGE plate of food that even a fat guy like me can never finish. Saturday night atmosphere is great with karaoke.”

“Fantastic pub. Very welcoming, and a great group of friendly regulars (often accompanied by equally friendly dogs) without feeling exclusionary. My new local since relocating and couldn't hope for a better one. Check out Saturday night karaoke!”

“Lovely, friendly staff. Great choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at really good prices. We hired the function room upstairs for our sons and his friends joint 21st. Good sized room with its own bar, stage and toilets. Lots of seating and a good size dance floor. Highly recommend The Blue Club if you are looking for a function room for any event.”

“Amazing night at the bonfire and fireworks. Well organised and the fireworks were excellent. Food served was tasty especially the Tata ash. One criticism and only a small one as this is a free event, maybe some portaloos next year to increase the capacity for the weak bladdered.”

“Attended my Uncles wake here.It was a lovely pub,the staff were amazing and the food was excellent.We decided to offer the guests a choice of a meal,anything from the menu.The price was reasonable,the food was hot when served and everyone enjoyed their meal.Thank you to the staff.You did my Uncle proud.”
