“Been twice recently, once for breakfast once for a carvery. Both time the food was fantastic, hot, fresh and tasty. The chef came over both times making sure everything was OK and had a chat when we had finished our meals, bar staff are lovely and welcoming too. “Wow! wasn’t expecting this, Hartshead Inn on the verge of re-opening to the general public after a major refurbishment has elevated itself to become the best place in the area, in All aspects. Absolutely amazing, had an incredible evening! The interior is stunning, the food is amazing and what makes this even better, is how special the fabulous staff make you feel the moment you walk through the door. To have a restaurant pub of this quality has been long overdue in Saddleworth and the surrounding area. Big thanks to the Beth, Paige, Sam & Kaya for making the evening so memorable and to all the other members of staff working away in the background, was great to meet Megan and Craig from the corporate perspective too. So looking forward to returning very soon and on a regular basis.”

Only downside is if you go via the front entrance my auntie who uses a walking aid can not access the toilets. Other then this we've had a good few lovely meals.”

“Incredible burgers! I thought I'd give this place a go and was so shocked at how soft, tasty and Juicy the burgers were. They literally melt in your mouth! The sweet potato and French fries were both tasty and plenty of them. I wasn't massively keen on the wings and jalapeño bites but given how cheap they were, they are definitely worth the money. Generous portions of everything and very good value for money. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend trying one of their burgers.”
