“A spur of the moment decision on a Sunday late Sunday afternoon. A Walk in without a reservation late on Sunday afternoon, the pub was relatively busy and there was a small queue of people waiting to be seated. Whilst guest were being seated, the lady behind the bar could see that we were waiting. She stopped what she was doing, she greeted us with a cherry hello, and confirmed if we had a reservation which we haven’t. She said it was no bother had a table available And it will only take two ticks to wipe down and set up. We both went for the Sunday lunch one roast beef one roast lamb the meals came to the table within 20 minutes and I have to say one of the best Sunday lunches I’ve had in years we finished off With one cheesecake and two spoons. The staff here at the Horton were most definitely on their a game when we visited on Sunday. Polite professional and welcoming. We will most definitely be returning to the Horton Arms.”

“What a welcoming pub. A group of us visited after the Oldham vs Woking game on Tuesday night. We were away fans, but made to feel at home straight away! Good sized room with its own bar, stage and toilets. Lots of seating and a good size dance floor. Highly recommend The Blue Club if you are looking for a function room for any event.”

“Good options for the vegetarian breakfast (Quorn sausages, bubble and squeak and has browns) which came out very promptly but properly cooked and the continental breakfast is plentiful. Kids eat for free with an adult ordering breakfast is an excellent idea too. Staff were attentive and helpful. The kids soft play area has great decor and is pretty big to keep the littuns busy and tire em out.”
