“Lovely, friendly staff. Great choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at really good prices. We hired the function room upstairs for our sons and his friends joint 21st. Good sized room with its own bar, stage and toilets. Lots of seating and a good size dance floor. Highly recommend The Blue Club if you are looking for a function room for any event.”

“I can't say about the food I didn't eat there. The atmosphere was amazing , it was Saturday night , there was a karaoke on and lots of fab singers. Beer was great would definitely go back”

“Called here for a Christmas tree at the weekend.... Wow it was like a magic wonderland with a path leading through the trees and they had a lad there that was working with the families and encouraged them to shout happy Christmas when they found a tree.... It made it really magical. The tree was super great value compete with wooden block and free local delivery the trees were priced up and what you see is what you get/ pay. The service with a smile, the great advice and the whole experience I would recommend, family business that's been there years.”

“The beating heart of Moss side. A great Manchester pub of historical significance for Man City fans in particular. The management are warm and passionate, the regulars friendly and good humoured. Whether on your own for a quick pint or in a big group you will always find someone to chat and laugh along with, as all pubs should be!”

“Top atmosphere and music on a Sunday afternoon”

“Had a lovely meal here with my partner yesterday. I am vegan and was surprised to see a few vegan options on the menu. I went for the Beyond burger with sprout pesto and vegan cheese which came with fries and onion rings. I added a side of vegan coleslaw. My partner had fish and chunky chips with garden peas and added a side of curry sauce. Both meals were huge and such good quality. Not greasy either. We both thoroughly enjoyed them and felt they were well worth the money. The pub was busy (Saturday afternoon on black Friday weekend and City were playing at home!) But it wasn't too over crowded and we managed to grab a table for 2 straight away. Nice atmosphere in the pub. Mix of ages including a few children and the Christmas decorations and lights made it feel so warm and cosy. We would definitely go back for drinks and food.”

“Me and a mate randomly ended up in the park last night. It's one of the friendliest pubs I've been too in a long time. The bar staff are lovely and the punters are up for a good laugh and also just really open. It was the karaoke night on the Friday. I love watching people having a go, this definitely added to the atmosphere. Wish it were my local, will definitely return when I can.”

“Went to the swan on a Saturday night and it was absolutely banging. Me and my missus had a great time. Lots of friendly punters and also bar staff was very friendly and nice. Lots of different types of music being played from bounce to clubland classics. Songs that you will all know and love. I will be visiting here again once I am in town.”
