“What an absolute gem of a place, huge place filled with all sorts of wonderful bits and pieces. Two floors of excellent quality good sturdy furniture. If you find a piece but its not quite the right colour have a chat with them and they see what they can do to lighten/darken it to suit you. “First time here and certainly won’t be the last, minced chicken with lettuce wraps and salt & pepper prawn were the most savoury light delectable starters with duck, rice and the star of the show, steamed whole sea bass for main. My oh my best sea bass I have ever eaten, moist, fell off the bone, intensely savoury liquor, no extra thickeners. Just wow. And Sunny. Sunny sunny sunny. You were the highlight of the evening. Please visit this place you won’t regret it, we will definately be back, same again please ❤️”

What do you really need from a hotel, tidy, clean, great service, top breakfast, brilliant location. It may be a 3* in build but you are treated to a 5* stay!”

They helped me on the phone to select the perfect bouquet for the message I wanted to send and were more than happy to write a fairly large message to accompany the flowers on my behalf. “We went in search of imitation flowers and there's are incredibly realistic.We also bought some exquisitely pretty, well-crafted mugs. Something's are much cheaper than expected and others far more expensive, such as a rug for £5,000, that said it may have been hand woven, by virgins, using their own hair on the banks of some remote Amazon jungle, which would make it underpriced, I suppose. A huge stone table (powdered stone and resin) for indoor or outdoor use, at £3,000 seemed more than reasonable. Definitely a place for good quality interiors.”

“Gareth made our fantastic bedroom furniture in 2013. After visiting his amazing 'showroom' we agreed a design for two wardrobes and a chest of drawers which he then created out of English oak and Cedar of Lebanon. Due to restricted access to the bedroom (small cottage) Gareth built the furniture in components and then finished the build in situ. Nothing was too much trouble for him... his only fault being working too hard and finishing up having his lunch at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon! Prior to the furniture he made 4 Oak internal doors and frames for us... again fantastic design and quality. Highly recommended!”
