“I had an issue with a Snug delivery and could not get in touch with them. Mandy at the Wilmslow store went out of her way to sort it out for me and I now have another date this week. She is so friendly and even though I have not bought anything from her shop did not hesitate to help me! I live in Stockport but if I did reside in the Wilmslow area I would go and thank her personally. Unfortunately I do not drive. She is a true professional and so kind and helpful.”

“The shop is lovely and the staff very helpful. I am very disappointed in the foam cleaning sticks. I have been buying these for years, but won't buy again. The foam is so inferior it doesn't even survive one cleaning job before it breaks down. Also I bought the air fryer cleaner. Read the instructions not to be used on the element. This is the part that needs cleaning. Everything else is easy with a damp cloth.”

Food as you can see is always yummy and allows me to be at peace whilst working or even if friends want to pop in to have lunch it's the best treat for loved ones!”

“Very good service from the waiters. The food is pretty good. The fried chicken has a lovely coating and is very crispy with very juicy meat underneath. The coconut rice is fragrant with coconut but also it is not sticky. A very interesting texture I don't usually have. The sambal taste amazing. Lovely flavours of the anchovies. The chicken satay was the best I had so far compared to the supermarket stuff. Proper char and the peanut sauce taste great. I'm really happy that the sambal was not spicy not because I can't tolerate spice but it's because I can taste the flavours. Not a criticism but the price is very high. So if you got the money, go for it.”

She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. Firstly a joiner who was doing other work for us said he had never seen a better kitchen and that there are not many companies in the country who build to this quality. Secondly all our friends and family who have visited so far have been amazed by the transformation and without exception say it’s perfect especially for us and how we use the space. From our perspective I only have 2 words First Class!!! The experience has been first class from our first planning meeting with Andrew through the installation process and then the post installation support all led by Gary and supported by the fantastic technicians. The end result has met all my ‘requests’ made during the design process and is better than I could have imagined. It makes me smile every time I walk through the door. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about getting a kitchen of your dreams”
