“Amazing service, me and my friend just both got a piercing. I got a double helix with hoops and my friend got her belly button pierced. Gaz talked us through the whole process, he put my anxiety to ease, after I had a bad previous experience with an infected piercing. They both look amazing, prices were nice, and we got talked through the aftercare as well. The lady was also very helpful regarding the piercing and jewellery choosing explaining the options and how the option would affect me. Amazing service, will go again, highly recommend it!”

I called yesterday to have a new bracelet fitted to my watch and as I waited I had the pleasure to observe the gentle banter between the employees / owners/ customers. It was was actually enjoyable. “We stayed one night at The Park Royal, on a spa package, as part of our Q Hotels membership. We were checked in by Mary, who was super helpful and very friendly. Our room, 165 was spotlessly clean, a good size and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We’d pre booked a spa treatment each and the team were again, really friendly and helpful. Dinner was booked for 7:30 and taken in the main hotel restaurant. The setting was great and the team were as expected, attentive and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than you’d expect but the meals were very good. Checkout was seamless and our hotel bill was spot on. Thank you.”
