The ring was exactly as expected and my wife loved it. We revisited the branch after the wedding for a small size adjustment free of charge and also decided to have the ring engraved. Again, the service was seamless and the ring was delivered again, much earlier than the estimated arrival date. If anyone is considering a ring for a special occasion, I cannot recommend Lily Arkwright enough. Seamless from start to finish and incredible customer service - a flawless experience.”
